Tell us a little about yourself.
I am currently a student at Manipal Centre for Humanities, studying for my Masters in English. I have recently shifted to Manipal from Mumbai for the same. When in Mumbai, I can be found hovering over a gas stove making tea for everyone around me, listening to rock music and headbanging to it in a local train, spending my weekends at museums and art galleries and spending time with my family. When in Manipal — well, who knows.
Tell us about what you do at One Future Collective?
I am currently a Research Associate at OFC’s Queer Resource Centre.
Why One Future Collective?
I find OFC a very warm and welcoming space, although I am quite new at this organisation. OFC’s drive towards social change is what made me want to work here!
Your favourite One Future Collective memory.
I would say the Mumbai Town Hall meeting! I was able to meet a lot of people from the team and it was a very enriching experience!
What inspires you?
My parents are one of my biggest inspirations in life.
