This work is carried out across verticals of gender justice, mental health, legal reform and development policy.
Vision & Mission
Imagine a world where each young person is leading change in their micro communities, guided by the values of empathy, compassion and kindness - this is the world we are creating. Our vision is creating an inclusive world that is guided by values of social justice. We’re driven in our mission to drive large scale societal change through youth leadership, to achieve this vision.
Theory of Change
Building compassionate youth social leadership that enables youth to take on leadership and action in their micro communities to create large scale societal transformation. When we build each individual into becoming a compassionate social leader, we can reach the critical mass needed to change how society functions. In keeping with this, we also ensure that all our work is youth led.
Nurturing Radical Kindness
Knowledge-building is key to our work. It focuses on building capacity for action by way of education and training, and by creating new bodies of information through research and resource creation.
Our consulting work focuses on long term individual and institutional changes, implemented by way of advisory and action oriented engagements with organisations, including educational institutions, workplaces and government agencies.
The Action vertical of our work focuses on community based projects and outreach - this often includes aspects of the knowledge vertical. It is a way for us to translate our learnings into impact, through a focus on some specific areas of intervention and advocacy, for larger impact.
