The Community Intervention vertical looks at building sustained youth leadership from within the underserved communities that we engage in, through training, ideation and advocacy. We strongly believe in combining evidence based policy making with humane personal stories and lived experiences towards guiding our actions. Our Community Interventions are assisted and guided by the needs and stated desires of the community and supported by our research. Our primary ongoing community intervention project is the ‘Domestic Workers Rights and Mental Health Management’ project that looks at improving access to justice and building economic capacity amongst domestic worker groups in Mumbai.
