Pratyusha, 23, is a passionate advocate for gender, sexuality and climate justice. During their 2-year stint as a Project Manager at Boondh (a Bangalore-based social enterprise working in menstrual health) their work involved facilitating workshops on various themes within the ambit of menstrual health, programme management, operations, content strategy, graphic design and more. They have an educational background in Mass Communication and were also awarded the Youth Ki Awaaz Action Network Grant for their advocacy efforts. As a queer neurodivergent person, Pratyusha believes that we must embody authenticity and reclaim spaces that are rightfully ours; and that kindness should coexist with assertiveness. When they’re not busy angering uncles and aunties, you will likely find Pratyusha listening to sufi music, rewatching a (problematic) Shah Rukh Khan film or cuddling with dogs!
