About the Role
We are looking for 2-3 interns to support our work across consulting, curriculum development, research, communications, and organisational operations.
This internship is designed for individuals who enjoy learning, asking thoughtful questions, and contributing to meaningful projects. The role offers exposure to different aspects of our work and is ideal for someone interested in consulting, organisational development, public policy, education, communications, social impact, or research.
Key Requirements
Educational Qualifications
Applicants should be currently pursuing, or have recently completed, an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in public policy, psychology, sociology, law, management, communications, education, gender studies, human resources, business, or another relevant discipline.
Experience
Previous professional experience is not required. Applicants should demonstrate:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn unfamiliar topics.
- Ability to conduct research and synthesise information.
- Comfort working independently while collaborating with a team.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Canva, basic design, social media, research, facilitation, or project coordination will be considered an advantage but is not essential.

Roles and Responsibilities
Depending on organisational priorities and your interests, you may contribute to the following areas:
Consulting Support
- Conduct background research for consulting engagements.
- Assist with proposal development, presentations, and client-facing materials.
- Support project coordination and documentation.
- Prepare meeting notes and maintain project trackers.
Curriculum and Learning
- Support curriculum research and content development.
- Assist in creating learning materials, toolkits, facilitator guides, and participant resources.
- Contribute to the design and review of learning experiences.
- Support workshops, webinars, and other learning engagements.
Research and Knowledge Development
- Conduct desk research across a range of thematic areas.
- Summarise literature, reports, and policy documents.
- Support the drafting and editing of reports, publications, and knowledge products.
- Assist with data organisation and documentation where required.
Communications
- Support the development of communication materials for digital platforms.
- Assist with website updates, newsletters, blogs, and social media content.
- Create simple communication assets using Canva or similar tools where required.
Operations and Administration
- Support internal coordination and organisational administration.
- Assist with documentation, scheduling, and maintaining organisational systems.
- Provide logistical support for workshops, meetings, and events.
- Contribute to improving internal processes and resources.
